All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Boreal Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Certain features of our services may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boreal Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boreal Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
